REVIEW + SIGN STUDIO CONTRACT

As part of your Rain Room booking, our studio requires a signed contract that outlines the experience as well as obtaining permission to photograph you. Please review and sign below towards completing your booking,

The $99 Pre-Sale payment goes towards your choice of the $500 Rain Room Essential Session ($399 is your remaining balance and due one week before your session). The $99 Pre-sale promo is non-refundable in the event you decide to cancel. The $99 Pre-Sale promo is also good towards:

1. First choice of calendar reservation

2. $150 in studio credit towards any extra or optional purchases made at your viewing/ordering appointment

3. 10 additional entries in the Rain Session Giveaway on June 26, 2023
Clients who fail to pay the remainder of their session payment by the due date will have their session date cancelled by Trish Hadley Boudoir. Any and all funds paid into your Rain Room purchase are non-refundable and not for exchange towards any other Trish Hadley Boudoir session or credit.
A one time, complimentary reschedule is included, however we cannot guarantee a new date to meet any deadlines that may have been intended for finished images (i.e. a birthday etc.). Any new date offers are under the sole consideration of Trish Hadley Boudoir.
Clients who arrive to their session under the influence or extreme lateness (20 min or more), session will be cancelled by Trish Hadley Boudoir and is non-refundable.
As always, we are an age 21+ studio and children are not allowed under any circumstances. Also, due to liability issues, no third parties can attend the shoot that are not part of the shoot (i.e. a couples shoot).
The purchaser of this Pre-Sale promo MUST be the person that is to be photographed. This promo is not to be used towards a gift of a third party.
