Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

 

2023/24 Trish Hadley Boudoir Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy 

Complimentary Rescheduling Policy:

We automatically offer ONE complimentary rescheduling date to all Boudoir Clients that have purchased a pre-paid Collection (Petite, Blush, Siren etc.) or a regular $450 session fee (2024 clients).

Rescheduling Fees Apply to:

• Flash Sale Purchases. If you purchased a $99 Flash Sale and you request to reschedule within 30 days of your session date, you may be charged $150 fee to secure a new date. The fee will only apply if we are at or past quota for the month you are requesting. If your request is prior to the 30 day window, our studio will most likely do a complimentary reschedule for you ONE time. Any future requests to reschedule after that will forfeit the $99 promo and require purchasing a regularly priced session ($450).
Our studio cannot guarantee meeting any special delivery deadlines (i.e. anniversary, birthday etc.) should you choose to reschedule.

• Boudoir Clients (non-Flash sales) who need to reschedule a second time are subject to a $150 fee for a new date.

Fees Do Not Apply to:

• Studio cancellations due to uncontrollable reason (weather, power outage etc.). A complimentary reschedule will be granted to all clients in those scenarios.

While we’d hate to see you go, there is no cancellation fee, your session fee and any pre-paid funds are simply forfeited.
